After inspection, we share the scope and quote for approval. If parts are needed, they are ordered only after compatibility and price confirmation, and the turnaround depends on the condition of the bicycle and parts availability.
Every completed service ends with a post-service function check and a collection summary so you can see what was adjusted, repaired, or replaced during the visit.
